The Rudy Project design department has delivered another success with the Zuma™ restyling project. ZUMAX™ is the seductive new edition of the popular cycling and mountain bike helmet, with graphic and chromatic variations that enhance the streamlined aerodynamic lines.
The new graphics haven’t altered the exceptionally functional underlying features of this helmet with its excellent price/quality ratio.
TOP PERFORMANCE, ALWAYS.
Twenty-one keen-edged air inlets form the best compromise between aerodynamic penetration and ventilation. The openings ensure good circulation of air around the head to keep physical performance optimal.
Zumax™ is pressure formed to provide the best safety guarantee. Thanks to In-Mold™ technology, which compresses the helmet’s outer shell and its EPS foam interior to bond them together, the Zumax™ has an ultra-resistant but lightweight structure that efficiently disperses kinetic energy in the case of knocks.
A FULL-OPTIONAL HELMET
As in every Rudy Project helmet, comfort is a key factor. Zumax™ is provided with two interchangeable padded linings of washable allergy-free material: one has a Bug Stop™ insect screen and the other, Free Pad™ is without, for better air circulation.
The RSR7™ fastening system can be adjusted to two positions, provides a snug fit and is equipped with a rotating disk providing micro metric adjustment with one hand while on the move.
A removable Quick Snap™ visor for mountain biking is included in the box. It fastens quickly and easily to the helmet to protect the face and shade the eyes against blinding rays in the undergrowth.
Particularly appropriate for narrow and long heads, Zumax™ is a bike helmet offering a successful combination of functionality and style at the right price.
